Topic: Help with a project....

I hate to post a help question so soon after registering, but alas, I can't go it alone.  (insert dramatic smiley here)  I'm working on sort of a project that involves programming/developing and how it is fairing in the disgusting economy we're now in.  I've been looking for stats, and I found some charts here http://www.odesk.com/trends/CSS, but I'm wondering as to their accuracy. 

If they're correct, programming jobs are on a steady rise.  Imagine that.  Also, does anyone have any suggestions of anywhere else I might find stats or trends like this?  Thanks in advance.

Actually their stats show their site is steadily growing rather than a steady rise in jobs overall wink
