Administrators and moderators can subscribe/unsubscribe users to certain topics (if they have posted there).

I simply ported my own PunBB extension.

Download it from SVN...

That means, click on Browse Source, select 'subscribeuser', then 'trunk', and click on download as zip file at the bottom...
