Signature length notification

Basically if you put over 400 characters in the sig it tells you that its over the limit, the problem is that it dont tell you how much your over the limit.
Instead of this:
Signatures cannot be longer than 400 characters.
Have this:
You are 12 characters over the character limit (400) for signatures.
